Questions

What families ask before they hand the calendar over.

What Laura does

Which calendar do you use?

The one your family already uses. The Family Year sets up one shared family calendar on it, with every date and renewal in it and reminders set at the times the family chooses.

What goes in the calendar?

School term dates and INSET days, bank holidays, birthdays, appointments, and renewal dates such as car and home insurance, the MOT, passports and the TV licence.

Can you help with an older parent's admin as well as ours?

Yes. Two Homes £300 a month, 10 hours is the Family Desk for your home and an older parent's: appointments, repeat reminders, household renewals and letters for both.

Who is it for?

Working parents, and people keeping an older parent's appointments alongside their own.

What Laura does not do

Do you look after the children?

No. Laura never looks after children. Juggle is the family's dates, forms and renewals, kept in one place.

Will you book our holiday?

No. The Holiday Plan compares three options against the term dates and makes a day-by-day plan and a packing checklist; the family books everything.

Will you choose our insurance?

No. Laura never advises on insurance or money. She tracks the renewal date, reminds you in time and gathers the papers; the family decides.

Do you buy the presents?

No. Gift Finder sends three non-food gift ideas within your budget, with links and delivery dates, and the family buys. Laura never buys food or alcohol.

Can you help with a party?

Juggle has no party item of its own. For a party it points to Celebrate's planning package, The Party Plan.

Plans and changing your mind

What happens to hours we do not use?

The term, notice and what happens to unused hours are set out in the written plan, before you agree.

Which plan is ours?

Start with what you need kept: a calendar and forms (Little Desk £90 a month, 3 hours), birthdays and appointments too (Family Desk £150 a month, 5 hours), or the whole household (The Whole Year £600 a month, 20 hours, or a quote after a free call).

Is there an app, if we would rather do it ourselves?

Laura's app for this is LT: Family Almanac, made for the whole family's year in one calm place; ask Laura about it.
